Cheat's raspberry brulée

Tonight I invented this raspberry brulée, which, although quite probably hideously inauthentic, took about two minutes to make and was absolutely gorgeous.

Easy raspberry brulée:

Fill a ramekin with vanilla yoghurt (I used Alpro vanilla soya yoghurt). Stir in a handful of raspberries.

Cover with a generous sprinkling of sugar and stick under a VERY hot grill for a few minutes until browned on top.
